Hi, I'm Holly!

I'm so glad you're here! I look forward to sharing my passion for movement with you.  

I am a women’s health and fitness coach with nearly a decade of experience helping women of all ages align their lives with their health and wellness values. My coaching style is compassionate and supportive, emphasizing a flexible mindset (Tuesdays are just as good as Mondays), attention to detail, and adaptable programming that encourages thoughtful self-adjustment to life’s rhythms.

 

Making lifestyle changes can be both exciting and overwhelming. Whether you're starting strength training for the first time, staying active through pregnancy and postpartum, or aiming to move well as you age, we will work together to clarify your goals and design a realistic, sustainable plan for long-term success.

 

When I’m not training clients and running my business, you can probably find me outside! One of the biggest reasons I train is to feel strong and capable of doing the activities I love the most, hopefully for a lifetime! From wake surfing and paddle boarding to hiking and camping, if it involves sunshine, fresh air, and nature count me in! Other hobbies I enjoy outside of the gym include traveling, reading, gardening, and spending time with my fiancé. I also proudly hold the title of cat mom to Edgar Allan Paws.
